It is generally understood that our community has been in need of a 5-Year Plan in order to continue to maintain the assets owned by the Bridge Pointe Homes Association. A committee of five, under assignment from the homes association board, has been hard at work developing such a plan as well as the long-term financial schedule to fund it. The committee is ready to present to the board and that presentation will take place on April 19, 2016 at the Shoal Creek Patrol Community Room. The meeting will start at 6:30pm and all Bridge Pointe home owners are invited to attend.
