John Rosenbaum
Position: President
We moved to Bridge Pointe in 2017. We loved the warmth and wonderful neighbors. With well-built and maintained homes Bridge Pointe is a welcoming place to live.
My wife, Jay and I have five children and all the pets, friends and craziness that that brings to a families life.

My family and I moved to Kansas City in 2013 from the Chicago, Illinois area where both my wife Nancy and I were raised. We moved to our Bridge Point home in July of 2018. We currently have 4 children and 3 dogs and a beautiful granddaughter. We are so happy we made the move to KC and couldn't be happier.
I personally have been in construction since 1997 and have owned by own construction company since 2004. I have built everything from small bathrooms or decks to the first Eco-Certified Custom home in Northern Illinois. We look forward to meeting more of our neighbors.

Position: Events Coordinator
Our family has lived in Bridge Pointe since September of 2017 with our three children and two dogs. We fell in love with the community at first sight, from the friendly neighbors who walk by all the time to the amount of green space around our home.
I homeschool our kids so we love having access to a walking trail, creek and the pool for hot summer days! I love helping plan a good party and meeting our friendly neighbors.

Position: Landscape and Pool Chair
I have been a Bridge Pointe resident for 24 years and have served on the board two different times, with stints as vice president and landscape chair. This is a great neighborhood we can all be proud of and I want to keep it that way.
I am a retired educator who served the NKC School District for 35 years. My daughters were raised here and attended Oak Park High. We are now proud grandparents of three. My wife Susan is also a retired educator from the Park Hill School District. We love to travel, walk our dog Juno, and participate in all Bridge Pointe festivities.
